装载机高压油管断裂的原因及预防措施

    柴油(you)高压油(you)管断裂主(zhu)要(yao)是由(you)于装(zhuang)配时产生的(de)内应力和由(you)于高频振动引(yin)起的(de)弯曲疲(pi)劳破(po)坏(huai)所造成的(de)。主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因有(you):  
    1、高压油(you)管管夹(jia)位置不(bu)当或松脱 
    装(zhuang)配时(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)夹(jia)所处的位(wei)置不正确或管(guan)(guan)(guan)夹(jia)松脱、漏装(zhuang),都会(hui)降低(di)高压(ya)油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的安(an)装(zhuang)刚度,使高压(ya)油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)固有的振(zhen)动(dong)(dong)频率(lv)降低(di),当高压(ya)油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)振(zhen)动(dong)(dong)的固有频率(lv)与柴油(you)机振(zhen)动(dong)(dong)频率(lv)相同时(shi),就会(hui)使高压(ya)油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)产(chan)生(sheng)共振(zhen)现象(xiang),发生(sheng)大(da)幅(fu)度振(zhen)动(dong)(dong)而(er)使高压(ya)油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中(zhong)部或两端(duan)发生(sheng)疲(pi)劳(lao)断裂。 
    2、油(you)(you)管(guan)在(zai)修复、装配过程中,强行(xing)弯曲(qu),使高压(ya)油(you)(you)管(guan)在(zai)急(ji)弯处产生(sheng)应力,由(you)于(yu)喷(pen)油(you)(you)时产生(sheng)周期(qi)振动(dong)而(er)发生(sheng)疲劳断(duan)裂(lie);油(you)(you)管(guan)外(wai)部磨损(sun)或制造时有(you)内部裂(lie)纹,在(zai)使用中由(you)于(yu)工作压(ya)力较高(一(yi)般在(zai)20Mpa左(zuo)右),引(yin)起(qi)油(you)(you)管(guan)因(yin)裂(lie)纹而(er)断(duan)裂(lie)。
